I was in a jam when my GE refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. I'm not really sure why, but it just wasn't functioning properly. The technician, Jason, was super prompt and friendly. He showed up right on time and got straight to diagnosing the issue. Turns out, it was a faulty thermostat. He explained it in a way that just made sense and managed to fix it on the spot. Love that it didn’t take long. I was definitely impressed with his skills and how efficiently he worked. Plus, the cost wasn’t too crazy, which is always a win in my book. Overall, just a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair near me.
